This song was inspired by an amazing three-year old who fought dragons and made up her own songs (when I asked her if she wanted to be a famous singer someday, she told me “I already AM!”). One day she told me that “grown-ups are haters,” and, well, I couldn’t really disagree with her! Adults make this world so much more complicated and painful than it needs to be. Children can see this and know that it makes no sense! Games and music are magic because they can bring your child-self back to life, no matter how old you are.
